Catering Booking Policies and Prices

We are a family run Herb & Specialty Food Farm located 4 km from the town of Agassiz on a 120 acre historical property. In addition to our barn, nursery, store, greenhouses & gardens, we have a Tea Room, which serves the public on weekends and caters to private groups during the week.

The meals that we create are prepared from food grown & raised organically on our farm and complemented by products from other Agassiz producers. Everything is prepared fresh from scratch with an emphasis on taste, presentation and nutrition.

We comfortably seat 20 people in the Tea Room or, during the warmer months, we offer covered outdoor seating overlooking the hillside herb gardens. Minimum group size is 12 people. We are wheelchair accessible but note that our parking area is gravel.

The cost for lunch is $25.00 per person and includes beverage and dessert (does not include tax or gratuity). The contact person for the group chooses the one lunch option, from our choice of 4 seasonal specialties, that best suits the groups preference. Note that alternate menus will be considered for an additional charge. Please inform us if there are allergies or specific dietary needs. We are not a nut free facility.

Bookings must be accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made usingVisa, Mastercard, cheque or in person using cash or debit.

Trudie has 30 years of experience growing & using herbs both for medicine and culinary purposes. She offers herb "walk & talks" to groups of 8 or more people at a cost of $8 per person. They usually last 1 hour. She can also provide longer tours or classes to suit individuals interested in wildcrafting or organic vegetable production.
